I’ve been in this biz for 27 years and I’ve been through many ups and downs in the real estate market, interest rate world and the economy in general. I left my job at the bank because I’m an advocate and I know that people need actual help that translates into life goals and making moves based on their own personal circumstances not lender profits.

It’s true there are times when properties lose value, but over the long term it’s very likely to go up in value.

One of the greatest benfits of real estate. As the mortgage is paid down and the value goes up, the difference between the two is your equity. You can use your equity to finance another real estate investment.
